RETURN POLICY
Dear Customer,

Please read our policy carefully.  We do not want differences with our customers.  We have tried to be fair and clear,
but if you do not understand or find our policy unacceptable, please do not purchase products from us.

We do everything in our power to fill orders accurately.  If incorrect merchandise was received due to our error,
call us within 5 DAYS of receipt of goods.  We will authorize a return of the merchandise and provide a UPS call tag
to have the merchandise picked up from your location.

A RETURN NUMBER MUST BE ASSIGNED BEFORE ANY GOODS CAN BE RETURNED.
NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT A RETURN NUMBER.

If you have a defective item which is under manufacturer's warranty, we will provide you with the information
necessary and assist you in getting your equipment repaired or replaced.  Items under manufactuer's warrenty must be
serviced by the manufactuer and we will not refund any money until the manufactuer has had the opportunity to
repair or replace it.

If you simply change your mind and want to return an item, that is acceptable, provided it is not one of the items in
the NOTE (in Red) below.  On all goods returned for this reason, we will reimburse you for the cost less a $15.00
or 20% restocking fee, whichever is lesser, and you pay the return shipping.  We will return no funds on any returns
which arrive at our Headquarters broken or damaged, until we have been paid for the loss by the shipper. 
(It is important you pack returns carefully.)

NOTE: We cannot accept returns on glass, copper, copper foil, brass,
lead, zinc, books,
 chemicals or pre-packaged items which have been opened
or items which have been used
 or are inoperable.



BREAKAGE INFORMATION

UPS & Freight Damage
If you notice your shipment has been opened, or if you see any signs of outward damage to cartons, have the driver note the damage on your delivery receipt.  If you find missing or damaged items after the driver leaves . . .

SAVE CARTON AND ALL PACKING MATERIALS
CALL UPS CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR CLAIM AND INSPECTION (1 800 742-5877) or

delivering your items.

Each box was packed and inspected before it left our facility.  Once assigned to the carrier, the carrier is totally responsible
for any damage and breakage occuring during shipment.

We are willing to assist you in every way possible in collecting your claims for loss or damage, but this willingness on our part
does not make us responsible for collection of claims or replacement of materials.

Normally, UPS will inspect the damage and then send us a form to fill out to collect the money owed.  When we receive the
money within 10-15 days.  We will contact you and see if you want the damaged item replaced or the money returned.
