OUR INTENT IS TO SERVE YOU WELL
Please read our policy carefully. We want to avoid differences with our customers. We have tried to be fair and clear,but if you do not find our policy acceptable, please do not complete your shopping cart purchase.
We do everything in our power to fill orders accurately. If incorrect merchandise was received due to our error,call us within 5 DAYS of receipt of goods. We will authorize a return of the merchandise and provide a UPS call tag to have the merchandise picked up from your location.
If you have a defective item which is under manufacturer's warranty, we will provide you with the information necessary and assist you in getting your equipment repaired or replaced. Items under manufactuer's warrenty must be serviced by the manufactuer and we will not refund any money until the manufactuer has had the opportunity to repair or replace it.
NOTE: Items broken in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. We will work with you to obtain a refund on insured items from the carrier.
If you simply change your mind and want to return an item, we will work with you, provided it is not one of the unacceptable items in the paragraph below. On all goods returned for this reason, we will reimburse you for the cost less a $15.00 or 20% restocking fee, whichever is lesser, and you pay the return shipping. We will accept no returns, or make any exchanges, on items which arrive at our Headquarters broken or damaged, unless and until we have been paid for our loss by the shipper. If we are not fully reimbursed by the carrier, we can not fully reimburse you.
NOTE: (It is important you pack your return items carefully.)
UNACCEPTABLE ITEMS FOR RETURN
- pre-packaged items that have been opened (i.e. DKMS, Grinders, Ring Saws, etc.)
- items that are inoperable.
- copper foil, brass, lead, zinc and books
- glass that arrives broken or damaged.
