The Jen-Ken Infinite Controller
The infinite controller has a rotary switch with an "OFF" at one end, the numbers 2 - 6 in the middle and a "HI" and "LOW" on either side of "OFF". By dialing a number, the kiln will go to that temperature at a ramp rate set by the number. The higher the number, the faster the ramp rate. The controller requires a manual turn off.
Most glass artists prefer a digital controller, but if price is a consideration, this controller will do the job.
