THE POWER TOWERTHE ULTIMATE PULSE ARC WELDING MACHINE What Is Pulse Arc Welding? Pulse arc welding is an instantaneous 1 to 5 millisecond burst of high energy released from a storage system in order to create a weld arc to join metal alloys together. This pulse arc welder mimics a laser welder in that it utilizes a directed high energy arc of light to create the very high temperature required to weld metals. Several pulse arcs may be required to complete the weld joint between the two mating surfaces and the automatic pulse position (3 per second) does the job nicely. It also acts in single pulse mode, automatic mode, as a tack welder, a spot welder and a fusion welder - and welding is always stronger than soldering. If you are a jewler, you can weld prongs on a rings without removing the stone. The heat is so fast, that the stone never gets hot. If you do metal work with gages from 30 to 12, this machine will make your projects faster and stronger, costing you less time and money. This is truly one machine that can multi-task. |

| You no longer have to
figure out a jig to hold your project while you solder it: just tac weld it
together and then solder. To make a jump ring necklace, just use
the pulse arc to weld the jump rings together - it's stronger than a solder
joint. Or shorten a link bracelet and fix a prong on a broken
ring without removing the stone. You save time and don't risk damage
to the stone. Whether you need to weld wire to wire, sheet to sheet or wire to sheet, this machine can do it all. Make designs in metal you would never have tackled before because now you can weld the items together into a creative design to fit your imagination. |
